I often wonder, at that initial stage, how does a person connect with and ultimately choose a therapist?

Is it because of their warm, inviting website, or maybe the welcoming face? However you found my website, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read about me. I have experience across a wide range of issues and I also specialise in the following areas: eating disorders, ADHD, child hood trauma, self harm and PTSD. Feel free to read through my extensive range of counselling services and maybe read a little more about how I work on the about me page. After this, if you feel you would like to explore counselling with me, there is a contact page where you can arrange an appointment with me. This can be face to face in the heart of Bodmin, Cornwall or alternatively, I work remotely on the phone, email or video call throughout the UK.

Pay Forward

Through my own volunteering and observations, I have seen a real need to provide affordable counselling for young people. To facilitate this, Space to Breathe Therapy have set up a ‘pay forward’ fund to enable our young people to have access to subsidised or free counselling. If you would like to help with this cause, please click the button and donate whatever you can afford. Every donation will go towards subsidising counselling sessions for our most vulnerable people.
